What I Do
ACTOR MOVEMENT TRAINING/COACHING
Simply my passion, because it brings together everything I have ever learnt, shared and experienced! Rooted in somatic intelligence, physical dramaturgy, and ensemble awareness. My classes and workshops awaken the actor’s body as a site of presence, resistance, and relation — informed by Michael Chekhov Technique, Viewpoint, Neutral Mask, Animal Studies, the work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Hatha Yoga, improvisation, and breathwork.
INTIMACY DIRECTION AND COORDINATION
My practice as an Intimacy Director and Coordinator is rooted in the belief that intimacy is not something to be imposed, but something to be met with care, clarity, and consent. I approach the work as a relational field—where boundaries, imagination, and embodied presence can coexist without coercion. Drawing from my background in movement and pedagogy, I prioritize structures that support agency, particularly for artists whose bodies have been historically misread or marginalized. I am especially committed to creating processes that honor non-gender-conforming artists and those carrying intergenerational trauma, offering tools that allow intimacy to emerge from choice, listening, and trust rather than obligation.
CONTEMPORARY DANCE
A grounded, breath-driven practice where technique meets intuition.
Rooted in Contemporary and Modern dance lineages I invite dancers into a responsive dialogue with gravity, momentum, and form.
Floorwork becomes a site of listening — to weight, to impulse, to the space beneath and around the body. Improvisation threads through each session, cultivating presence, precision, and pleasure in motion.
A space to move with care, with curiosity, and with courage.
DANCE DRAMATURGY
A collaborative, intuitive, and compositional practice — weaving text, memory, place, and physical ritual into choreographic structures. I work with solo artists and companies as a dramaturg, co-creator, and outside eye.
SOMATIC MOVEMENT EDUCATION AND THERAPY: Embodiment Guidance and Journeys
Private and group sessions for artists and seekers working through the body — with deep roots in Body-Mind Centering, developmental movement, hatha yoga and intuitive anatomy.
EXPERIENTIAL ANATOMY
My practice in experiential anatomy invites students to encounter the body not as a fixed structure to master, but as a living landscape to be sensed, inhabited, and listened to. Working primarily with yoga teacher trainees and actors in conservatory training, I guide participants through embodied explorations of anatomical systems as pathways into awareness, movement efficiency, and expressive presence. The work bridges somatic inquiry and creative practice, allowing anatomy to become experiential rather than conceptual—something felt from within rather than mapped from the outside. Through image, touch, breath, and movement, students develop a more intimate and responsive relationship to their bodies, supporting both sustainable physical practice and nuanced, imaginative performance.
